I specialize in stress management and self-esteem improvement, helping clients navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. My areas of expertise include working with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma-related concerns, and I practice from a trauma-informed perspective that honors your lived experiences and sense of safety.
I work with adults and young adults, and I also provide couples counseling, supporting partners in improving communication, rebuilding trust, and strengthening emotional connection.
